Shipping Cost

We use a variety of express mail services, including UPS, Fedex, Speedpost, etc… it depending your shipping location, the shipping cost is calculated by the weight, dimension, shipping location and shipping method of the shipment. The cost varies while the shipping location and the shipping method change; the total shipping cost is calculated automatically and will be show when you check out your shopping cart.

Some countries such as Australia prohibited import of airsoft guns. However, we still ship combat gears and accessories to these countries. If your country is not shown above, please send a mail to penny.warrior.airsoft@gmail.com for more information about our shipping service.

If you are located in United States of America, and if your order is seized by customs, we may offer you the refund of the item or resend of the item. If you are located in countries other than US, as long as importing airsoft is legal in your country, we have money back guarantee to make sure you receive your order and customs do not seize it. All airsoft guns shipping to United States of America will be affixed with an orange tip and all trademarks on the gun will be removed in order to follow the regulation of Federal Law.

APO/FPO Address 

Sorry, we don’t provide service for shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Method

Express shipping: We will deliver the item by express courier of Fedex, UPS … depends on the service availability to your country. It will take 3-5 days for delivery (excluding public holidays and customs clearance).

EMS (Speed Post): We also provide an economic shipping method, the cost will be cheaper than for under20 kg package, speed post is provided by Hong Kong Post Office, It will take 4-7 days for delivery. (excluding public holidays and customs clearance).

Small Parcel: We also provide standard regersted air Mail for under 1kg parcel (except airsoft guns), it will take 10-20 days for delivery.
